Just catching up again, surprised at the small scale of this world, where a city is a village of just 500.
Good point! I figured it was the community itself that was defining themselves as a city, so that could really mean they either have a certain type of government (which can sometimes define whether a community is a city, town, or village), or they just want to make themselves sound more important. Your choice.
