Um, I think that lady has her eyes closed as a way for the artist to show that the smile reaches the eyes too.
I absolutely adore the fact that Vivienne is SO CONFIDENT that all she has to hide behind is Toivo’s own utter lack of ability to communicate maturely with his family or acquaintances to stay off his radar.
